For the daughter (10) of Collien Ulmen-Fernandes (40) an absolute dream job! But the actress throws her hands over her head just thinking about it. In a new episode of “VIPstagram”, she tells why Collien banned her daughter from TikTok and what she thinks of social media.
Children are primarily influenced by their peers
'Even if we ban it, there are girlfriends who have TikTok accounts and they watch videos all day long of girls with make-up and holding purses for the camera and artificial fingernails,' reveals Collien. 'You're not only influenced by your parents, but above all by what your peers do, and as a parent you don't have a choice.' It would be an absolute nightmare for Collien if her daughter were to become an influencer one day .
Also in things gender neutral education the moderator would like to do a lot differently than most parents. She doesn't think much of gender-specific clothing and different toys for girls and boys.
