They were happily in love, but now there is a huge argument! After the drama of the separation of golf superstar Tiger Woods (47) and his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman (38), the aftermath is great. According to the US magazine 'People', the former restaurant manager is now allegedly demanding $ 30 million in damages. just why?
At the center of the dispute: the right of occupancy for Woods' luxury mansion on Jupiter Island in Florida. The golf star, according to Herman, kicked her out of the villa in October last year and changed the locks. However, according to court documents obtained by People, Herman claims she could have lived in the mansion for another five years: there was a verbal agreement to that effect. The 38-year-old is now apparently suing for damages and reimbursement of legal fees, allegedly wanting a total of $ 30 million.

Woods' attorneys disagree. They explain that the right to live in the villa only applied to the period of the relationship. They argue that Herman was just a guest. There was never a deal that the ex-girlfriend could live in the house for another five years.
Woods ended the relationship with Herman in October 2022 - probably in an ugly way. She claims she was told to pack for a vacation. But when she arrived at the airport, she was said to have been told that she was no longer allowed to enter the luxury property (cost around 46 million euros!).
