It's THE comeback of the year! 20 years after their separation, the cult band S Club 7 dare to restart again . But the way there wasn't that easy...

Back to the big stage

1998 was the year that die Pop-Band „S Club 7“ Founded. Ex-Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller brought the seven members together after he was fired from the girl band. For their 25th anniversary, the band is said to have reunited, as the British 'Daily Mail' now announces. But it wasn't that easy to find all the band members at the time. The 90s band, which also landed top 10 hits in Germany with hits like 'Bring It All Back' and 'Don't Stop Movin'', consisted of at the time Rachel Stevens (44) , Tina Barrett (46), Jon Lee (40), Paul Cattermole (45), Bradley McIntosh (41), Jo O'Meara (43) und Hannah Spearritt (40) . It's not easy to get everyone together. Her former manager had to call everyone individually.

And with success, because all seven are said to have agreed to be part of the reunion. But the way to get there was not that easy. Especially because of the youngest member of the band: Jon Lee, who seems to have sought and found a quiet life away from the public eye. He also cut off contact with his colleagues. Months passed before they were able to track down and contact him.

Back on stage despite a herniated disc?

And there were also difficulties elsewhere: O'Meara has been suffering from back problems for a long time and even had to undergo emergency surgery! It is therefore questionable when she will be allowed to return to the stage. Friends of hers are said to have reported to the 'Daily Mail UK' that the singer was on the mend after her slipped disc, despite walking difficulties.

The work of persuasion seems to have borne fruit: The band should get together again this year. Maybe even with the old hits like 'Bring It All Back', 'S Club Party' and 'Never Had a Dream Come True'. In any case, band member Tina Barrett made an 'announcement' on her Instagram page that should be made 'soon'.
